At Mass General Brigham, Joe Kvedar, MD has focused on driving innovation, creating the market and gaining acceptance for connected health for nearly three decades. He is now applying his expertise, insights and influence to advancing adoption of telehealth and virtual care technologies at the national level. He is Professor of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School, President of ATA (The American Telemedicine Association), Co-Chair of the AMA’s Digital Medicine Payment Advisory Group and Editor- in-Chief of npj Digital Medicine, a Nature Research journal. He is the author of two books on digital health: The Internet of Healthy Things (2015) and The New Mobile Age: How Technology Will Extend the Healthspan and Optimize the Lifespan (2017). The cHealth Blog provides his insights and vision for digital health.

Kim Boyd, MD is a medical advisor and consultant for innovative health companies. A Stanford-trained doctor with more than a decade of experience working as a physician-leader in health startups, she has expertise in next-generation primary care, virtual medicine, clinical systems/operations, and integrative wellness. Her background focuses on mission-driven healthcare, and she particularly enjoys developing novel approaches to medical care to transform quality and access. Dr. Boyd began her career as an early leader at One Medical, where she ultimately served as the National Team Medical Director managing the virtual teams providing 24/7 care for over 250,000 patients across the country. Having also served as the medical director for Galileo and Nurx, she is on the forefront of new models of medical care. Boyd currently advises digital health companies on cross-functional program development, clinical operations to build scalable systems, and clinical strategy.

Moderated by Ben Rosner, MD/PhD who is a leading author, researcher, and hospitalist at UCSF and who previously served as Chief Medical Officer at a leading digital health company. He is also the NODE.Health Lead for Clinical Validations and the NODE.Health Scientific Chair.
