Non-Emergency Medical Transport

Supporting four phase multi-site validation effort of a digital technology firm that provides on-demand transportation services for patients. The solution is intending to demonstrate evidence that digital solutions can reduce no-show rates and improve transparency related to ride, quality and billing information in a HIPAA compliant platform.

Over 1/3 of all patients need transportation help, and missed appointments can lead to unnecessary progression of disease. This validation effort aims to review the impact of transport services on socially disadvantaged patients who have trouble attending their clinical appointments.
