Jim ConmyGeneral Manager, US National Healthcare Organization, Microsoft

    Jim Conmy serves as Microsoft’s GM for the East Region of the US National Healthcare Organization. Microsoft’s Healthcare Organization is a >$3 billion business covering the entire Health and Life Sciences ecosystem, extending across partnerships that drive innovation in this sector. In this capacity, Jim is accountable for helping customers across 23 states in the East Region digitally transform, achieve more, and improve care for their customers. He leads a diverse team focused on delivering customer success with a dedicated set of industry, sales, and architect professionals. With the company’s mission, in the context of the Health and Life Science charter, his goal is to improve the quality of life through health innovations powered by Microsoft solutions.

    Since joining Microsoft in 2008, Jim has held several leadership positions, most recently as the Managing Director of Healthcare and Manufacturing in the New York region. Before that, he served as Sr. Sales Director for the New York Metro Enterprise business., to which he came from the ATU Manager role of Global Life Sciences accounts. Roles prior to Microsoft include Strategic Sales positions with Unisys Global Infrastructure Services division, Sales Director for Aptegrity, a web services firm and Sales Leader at Inacom Computer Services.

    Conmy holds a B.A. from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

    Jim resides in Central New Jersey with his wife Kerry and 3 children. He is a founder and board member of Patrick’s Pals Foundation (www.patricks-pals.com), a 501C3 organization that provides equipment and therapies to children with multiple disabilities.
